As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous going into the process. Matt made our experience a great one. He was very professional, helpful, and non-pushy. Trust is a huge factor when it comes to making an important decision like this, and Matt really proved to be honest and upfront throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any home-buyers or sellers in the future.

Matt was the best realator we have worked with and this is our third home we have bought and have worked with other realators in the past houses. By far Matt went up and beyond all the others. He did an awesome job I would definitely reccomend him to buy or to sell a house. Has great personality and humor.

Bottom line...you won't be sorry having Matt Kachevas as your realtor! Matt was refreshing to work with. Very personable, knowledgable, and respectful. With Matt's know-how and assistance, we listed and sold our $500,000 home in Clark County, WA. Not once did Matt resemble a used car salesman in the process! His knowledge of the housing industry and his innovative and creative marketing strategies were very impressive. Matt always kept in good communication with us (this is VERY important to us) and was respectful of our family and crazy schedules. He made the process of selling our home much less stressful and actually an enjoyable experience. I will definitely work with Matt in the future as well as recommend him to family, friends, and coworkers. Thanks Matt!!

Matt is the best on the market. He will work day and night to find you the right house. It will be harder to find a harder worker. He got top dollar for our house, and got us into another house quickly. People love him, and he will get you the best deal out there.

Working with Matt when we purchased our home was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable with the market, pleasant and easy to work with. While working through our purchase, he kept us informed and up to date constantly on what was happening. After almost a year in our home, we are still in touch with him. We really enjoyed working with Matt and you will too!

Matt found us a home and got us the deal exactly how we wanted it. He was always on top of things and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. I really felt like he cared about us and he listened closely to our wants/needs. Weeks after we signed he still had coffee with us and never once made us feel like he was after more leads. He's a great guy and a superb realtor!

Matt was "all In" as our agent right from the start. We really appreciated that Matt never tried to just sell us something; he listened to our needs and was always very responsive. We were very thankful for his knowledge of contracts and the right wording. We put in multiple offers on different places and he was always right on task even when it was inconvenient. Sir Matt was much more than just our real estate agent.
